Anything specific?
Like; "why it was necessary to be done "
as many destro are complaining , i would like to know..
Most of it is easy to understand... only things that don't make sense is giving Order so many morale drains- unless Destro is getting just as many in an upcoming patch- Probably to the Black Orc, reworking No Choppin' Me into a morale drain- but the Black Orc won't be able to AE spam as effectively.
..and making Indigestion mirror Shatter Limbs when one affects targets 40ft in front of you vs. 30ft around you.
You simply do not get the same coverage with Indigestion than you do with Shatter Limbs- Less Coverage=Fewer Potential Targets

What is the reason behind the Outrider patrol change?
Homogenization.
Magus/SQ/SW were all adjusted to mirror the BW's m2 (1200 damage 30ft)*
WL to mirror WH/WE/Marauder
*Squig only deals 900

Khain SM got a BIG buff in being able to knockdown people, which is very nice.
Also WH is going to be an AoE machine with these changes. Will have to see if the new Trial by Pain outdamages Dragon Gun, but I suspect not.

The issue I had with making them be cleansed one stack at a time is that it's a handling change that would affect every stackable - including Mind Killer.
If Mind Killer is the only problem, I don't think many would mind just applying the full debuff first hit and not making it stack.

Is the range of firestorm (magus) supposed to have the same base cast range (80ft), as while it was in the havoc tree? With the use of Daemonic Reach (+25% range) and pink horror, the spell ends up with 120ft, which is quite impressive for an aoe ability.

Great changes, but as an HP regen SM I'm also kind of bummed because this was the only way I played my spec.

Why is it a joke?
Glean debuffs for firestorm and mist (even tho mist is shitty but eh), your pink horror debuffs elemental +/add in shammy. It's quite a nice change.
basically this patch note telling us, that the weakness of change which is st dmg is now offically ignored, instead now all rr 70 magus can combo
tzeench firestorm
dissolving mist
pull
all togheter in the same build
simply put did any change magus give feedback on this or where all from havoc magus?
Change is designed as a midrange aoe tree. Having access to firestorm and mist (both of which are now spiritual) is essential in actualising this: you now have a semblance of a viable rotation (hoping dots get love) via 2 x dots, mist and Firestorm - resulting in pretty significant pressure in a particular spot. You can still weave single target abilities into it, but Change was never designed to be a sole st dot caster like the AM.
You only ever use ifoc as a finisher anyway: RW spam gives much higher dps. You can always forego mist and pick up ifoc.
I loved Firestorm, but simply put it makes much more sense in Changing tree, and the same is true of IFOC (FF for engi - already in rifleman tree...) with Havoc (the st tree).
Yes i bet you and all havoc magus love more indigo indirect dmg buff in left mastery correct?
plus all rvr lover love
Pull
Dissolving mist
And snare ppl over dissolving mist
For profit; i see what was done there im not blind sy.
I also was writing a complete list of things which change magus needed and thus this patch dont fix in the slighest (since i levelled up a magus change from 0 to rr 50 for fun) but pff that's it for me.....i lost my hope,..... This patch show that the concreate reality of some things is years of light away from the internal testers. I wont bother anymore with feedback.
P.s: nerf off morales call has became now all get a ista 1200 dmg m2....

Two quick questions unrelated to todays patch:
- does city sieges are anywhere in near future (this year)?
- does the new classes are still a thing and if theres any ETA for them?

1) Doesn't make a difference to how I play magus: IFOC rarely ever used in my ST rotation. It just makes 10x more sense in the
dedicated ST tree than a mid-range AoE tree (look at its range...), so you can get all upset if you wish but it doesn't dispute that.
2) 'Havoc magus'? I'm a Magus who plays all specs, and I have probably experimented with every possible spec there is.
3) Please counter the points I made pertaining to IFOC/Firestorm fitting their new respective trees thematically, instead of being blinded by this notion of #HavocPrivilege.
By all means, write your feedback.

What is the reason behind the Outrider patrol change?
making dmg m2 morales more equal.
so no more weaksauce 1200 over time dmg that you pot or heal through, but all of them having equal amount of fast burst M2 dmg.
And by making them into stronger instant burst (that kills instead of wounds), they all moved into closer combat range. (30 feet still being generous compared to BW m2 being around BW itself)
Previous instant M2s; BW, Mara, WE, WH, SW
new instant dmg M2s; SH, Magus, WL (SH being lower by 300dmg due to getting benefit of having a snare as well)
and to make no one "special" over others, SW, SH, Magus all now have some range, but not so that you can organize a ranged 100feet melt with M2s.
and to counter new possible morale bombs, more drains, and maybe there will be more additions/adjustments in future patches.
