why shaman`s I'll Take That and fury of da green both half damage than before? 200 damage 4 2sec cost was kiding me even can be heal more than before. u guys can reduce heal effic and increase damage to balance it.

It's jarring having to re-gear to willpower from int for Vaul but from what I've seen so far the result is better than what we had before (assuming your priority is restoring people's health).

Am I getting this right - if I up my willpower on my SM, it's gonna up my heals? Significantly?

If we assume you are stacking intel on your SM, then yes, your heals might become bigger, when using willpower. How much? No idea, you shouldn't think about doing it. :^)
