Definetly is way better go rank 3 now, still move rank 4 + is a pain. Another main problem.is aao faction cant rank up with just 1 flag.

But the only change I made was to reduce the amount of resources needed to get from 3 to 4 or from 4 to 5 to the same amount as is needed to go from 2 to 3...?

There is any modifiera then? Idk some conditiom which make easier lev up? Or maybe is faster in lower tiers? Because "tested"/"saw"his in lower tier.

The point of mono flag still remain tought it's bad when you have aao and hold 1 flag is not enough to substain the keep supply and you always need 2 flag.

This or either the time required of uninterrupted hold for the flags in general is too high.

Would it be possible to put in pop up warning on use for the portals at the war camps? Something along the lines of "Using this portal will decrease the resources for the XXX keep"

The resources used with portals is insignificant. Always has been. They have a cooldown equal to the amount of resources gained/lost by using them.

Its not only the amount of resources needed. Its also the rate of resources lost.
It can take 30+ mins to rank up. And if the necessary number of BOs to maintain resource gain is lost, then the keep deranks very fast in comparison. Like in 30seconds all ranking progress is lost.
