While I agree that it isn't good enough and that KotBS and Chosen have more work to be done on them, because they're still mandatory and still loleasy to play, this topic is about the punt CDs. Let's get back to it.

well than put 30+ sec CD for kotbs/chosen punt and every other tank 15s
masses will rejoice

Review results:
Proposal rejected.
Reasoning: Punts already have a tradeoff due to weapon choice, tactic choice, and mechanic work.
Aside: There are some other ideas about punts that may come down the pipeline, but they are not related to changing the immunity timers or cooldown timers.
