Today in praag :

- Order has very small AAO (0-20%), two BOs each side.
- Almost 70% of destro went to destro keep in order to wait for order to attack, just to get D-tick bags (for around 20-25 mins)
- Order finally attacked during 40 mins, some destro leads arguing everyone "do not fear them", "let them hit the door" etc.
- xrealming happened, order had 60% AAO, and even with instructions not to attack them they finally wiped

As a result, outer door was at 50%, no bag for noone, the few destros roaming fought against huge number of order without AAO (because of those waiting at keep), and.... nothing happened.

Suggestion : remove D-ticks bags, add a xrealming cooldown (8+ hours), because the metagame is currently almost blocked :(

Same situation 2-3 hours later at another attempt at besieging destro keep. After getting to 50% outer door, order got 20-60% and it was basicly over, just messing a bit around.

the most Epic thing now In Game, is not the battle, this is how some Farmers (not players) use the RvR channel to elaborate together how they can manipulate other players to get rewards and ticks....

That becoming really interesting to note how can think a famer to have an easy tick... farmer in free gaming more complicated than a work...

I m sorry for all my sarcasm but this is really disgusting to read the RvR channel today...

Thank you anyway for the patch and to try a good way for the RvR events on T4...

Wonder what the effect would be if bagdrops altogheter where to be removed from keeps and instead moved to the big killquest "50 of each race", where you would have a percentage / random chance of getting a bag each time you turned in the quest.

The keep in turn would only yield renown regardless if you attack or defend.

On the live, there were some kind of cooldown to prevent crossrealm (like couple of hours) let's just set it on ROR.

Don't you think that if no reward with keeps noone will take them anymore....? Or maybe "only" a lock tick with renown...? (true question)

Giving bags only when attacking may reward both :
- attacking realm with a reward (the bags)
- defending realm with huge AAO

On live it was working quite fine, those interrested by bags were attacking a pair while those interrested by RP (and premade vs pugs) were defending another pair. "Quite" fine :p

I really hate the concept of "xrealming cooldown"!
I have multiple characters on both sides and i choose them mainly for appearance and aesthetics, thus thinking about being unable to play the toon i want to play right now just because there's some sort of cooldown to prevent farming makes me mad.

If there is really a problem with people switching sides to get easy loot/RR then add cooldown exactly on that! :idea:

Basically after a person switches the side they get a 30-60min de-buff which prevents them from getting RvR-bags and renown (i think this shouldn't affect T1-T3, but with the new RR cap it may be ok)

The primary difference between this and live is that live had a credit card behind it so the cooldown worked a bit better b/c if you wanted the switch you had to break out some cash. This is just a series of freely made accounts so that kind of thing doesn't work.

Bottom line though is X-Realming was always a problem and it got more pronounced towards the end of live with essentially the whole server going to Order to raid IC then switching to Destro toons to raid Altdorf.

The cause of X-Realming is, generally speaking, the renown grind just like the renown grind was the primary motivator for out of party healing in SCs to maximize renown gain. By raising the cap, the devs are just bringing the old problem back again (along with a couple others).

I play both sides so that I can play SC's more often. NA nighttime isn't the most populated time frame.

So when im on Destro and SC's aren't popping, I look to the population tracker. Typically, its 40% Order and 60% Destro in T4 later into my playtime. So I switch to Order and boom.. non stop SC pops.
