Would it not be possible to get an update from Az?
Is a fix being attempted soon or should I temper my expectations? This is just a bit frustrating; I don't mean to sound impatient.

I can understand your frustrations. I've not had contact from Azarael today so I don't know the latest of the status, but it is the weekend and most of the staff members have their own family to take care of.
