Sulorie is right though. I bet a good balanced 6 man would stomp that greenskin "bomb" 12 man.

yeah yeah, everyone knows that 2x IB 2x WP 2x SL will stomp everything. Games should be about fun, not about pseudo-esport hype and elitism. WAR will NEVER be a competitive game as there are so many imbalances. There isnt even a asymetrical balance - 1/3 of chars are plain bad (in sights of hyped elitist scrub), 1/3 of chars doesnt have atleast similiar abilities and output like their mirrors (e.g. AM vs Shaman). Thats the reason why did the game died - too small player base, too imbalanced - u got Order guys who liked to stomp, Destro guys who liked the challenge and looks and then u got Xrealmers who liked the lore and world of WAR. No MMORPG can be competitive due to the pure nature of this type of the game where ppl who spend more time with grinding are better than ppl with skills.

I like the idea on Greenskin Waaagh, makes the game more interesting and there is clear intention of having pure racial parties. Shamefuly that concept was forgotten except for the dwarves. :(

You can say WAR isn't and wasn't intended to be a competitive game, but the fact is a lot of guilds and players are very serious about winning fights, and they will use the builds, and comps that are the most effective for winning. There is a natural flow and progression to this as people try new things, and make new builds / comps work.

I also would say that the reason the game died on live was not just because of balancing or lack of mirrors. It dead from a combination of issues, that stretched over a long period of time. Did balance suck for some careers / builds? Yes. Did that stop people from playing the game? No.

You're asuming that the Greenskin bomb group is full of bad player then. If thats the case yes, if it's of equal lvl players, then i highly doubt it.

BWs alone would melt greenskins in seconds (good luck cleansing Boiling Blood).

They are making a greenskin bomb group, its a pretty safe assumption.
