When you get knocked into the atmosphere, it is largely irrelevant if it's the mesosphere or stratosphere. The punt is also not based on requiring full mechanic.

IBs get their KB way earlier than BGs as well. Remember the days that only IBs had a super punt and no one else? Yeah... Order loves it while Destro suffered being teleported through half across the map, through walls and whatnot.
I remember on day one that BGs got their super KB and with the teleport bug fixed, the QQ was still tremendous.

while i see why ppl are afraid to mess the balance and cause a powergap with lvl cap raising, its true that some classes get important skills above 32.
best idea i've seen so far is to lower the lvl req on those skillz to preserve gear balance and shuch but give everyone complete rotations

As much as I'd love Vow of Silence, I believe the level cap should remain until the devs are comfortable they have enough fixed to warrant the increase.

He meant 2 days gameplay. IE 48 hrs of gametime. For the player you are describing, about a month. If you legitimately can't get to lvl 30 in a month.... Then I dunno what to say to you. I did it in 34hrs. But that was my first character on this server, and I couldn't stand not having something highest tier for biggest ORvR fights. Turned out I was wrong on that:P
And if you login for an 1-1.5hrs per day... I'm sorry, but why would you expect the game to be balanced and catered for you? If you barely put in ANY time(an hour a day is barely any time), then YES you will be super weak compared to those that put in 4-5hrs a day. And far weaker than those that put in 10hrs a day. This is as it should be. Can you still compete? yes. But no, you will never be as good/powerful. Why? Not because of gear or RR. But your pure ability with your characters simply wont be up to par. You don't have the experience required, since you barely login for an hour a day...

Its like 3 hours of questing/rvr/scens and you are done with t1, then move to farm rats for 3 hours and you are done with t2, then move to farm some squigs/elves/whatever for 4 hours and now you've soloed to 32.
Besides every other guild is boosting their guildies and friends in the many ways possible via champion farming, and that could halve the time it took.
