Give Bg's auras. Chosen auras are more effective than a 3 sec knockdown, yet the Bg has none. What good is Hate mechanic just buffing skills that already start low on purpose.

BG serves its purpose as a second tank in a party only mainly cause black orcs were never a good alternative really in t4 iirc

since auras dont stack, 3s kd would be better

Well since we are giving abilities away can I have the following on my WH please?

1- Ranged KD like the WE, separate from regular KD and just like the WE able to to both since one does not cancel the other.
2- Make Dragon Gun a REAL ability and not a joke.
Have it heal the WH for what ever damage it does (before mitigation) and for game balance remove AoE and make it a single target only.

A lot of you posting in here offer no perspective on what is being discussed and instead just try to derail the discussion with nonsense. Please try to stay on topic, and in a relevant manner.

Thoughts on Witch Hunter? I propose you make a different thread.

Now are there any thoughts as to why Blackguards should be the only tank to NOT have access to a knockdown while wielding a greatweapon?

Umm - if you don't make stuff Overpowered via buffs.... then people don't re-roll. If people don't re-roll the game gets stale and people quit.

This is MMO 101 folks - ffs - you guys all new here?

Of course ridiculous overpowered buffs should be given to classes... it's what keeps the forums alive with whine and the wheels for the hamsters rolling.

If you ask me - and frankly even if you don't - I think we should buff BW's / Sorcs. I mean come on guys - when are we gonna finally see entire scenarios filled with mages the way swtor is currently hamming it up.

I believe Mez explained it quite well. Yeah at first i though "sure, give BGs a 2H KD" but Mez is right. BG with antidetaunt uses his KD on a RP. By the time RP gets up, he will be snared, out-heal debuffed, and his AP cost will be increased (not to mention all the damage he took since detaunt doesnt work on the BG). RP will be forced to try and save himself somehow. Basically BG just nullified completely a RP.

We love to complain about Destroy Confidence (removes 3 enchantments from target, does damage for each enchantment removed) because it "nullifies" Shaman healers (their HoTs are enchantments). But at least the Shaman has the option of using other heals. I think what BGs do to RPs is worse.

Suggestion: Change a TACTIC so it makes BoR act as a KD (Monstrous Ruin sounds about right). So BGs will be forced to replace either HD, FwF, SK or UF.

Just throwing out some ideas, i dont care about BGs anyway ;)
