Dosnt need to be; we all remember it from live, we all remember the arguments made from live
What soulcheg and penril said are basically copy n paste the argument and counter argument made in the past
Also pulls are utterly obnoxious and tbt neither side needs them nor are they necessary
Just remove them

Funny, SD&R and Destroy Confidence aren't even available yet.
Neither are Piercing Bite, Deadly Clutch, Monstro Armor-pen reduction - but still didn't stop Order begging for Mara nerfs
That said, this is all a transition to the T4 meta - so any/all serious balance changes should only be thought of in that frame of reference

It makes no sense to try and do balance changes before T4. Wait till everyone has all of their abilities and then tweak as needed.

Well the thread is about tweaking pounce to be less silly and make it work a bit more in line with live. So over all less of a balance issue more of a bug fix.

What bug do you mean exactly?
As far as I can tell pounce works consistently every time it's used unlike like live but unlike live pounce here lets you reach the top of keep walls

In live War, pounce was better than it currently is in ROR. Live also had no cool down on Pounce. But in live, a WL could pounce slightly ahead of a running target and get a snare off.
This is why you see pounce, pounce, pounce in ROR. They are unable to catch a running target to get a snare off and use much better skill options like they could in live.
As a Dps Shaman I would love to see a Pounce nerf, then I can fear no order classes. This excludes Am, which I can easily run from or wait for any number of destro melee classes to kill.
As far as keep walls, its easy to circumvent. I have 100' cast range while Pounce is 65'. Stand on the third floor with me and laugh at the people getting pounced below.

No it is Feline Grace, Pounce, Charge, Snare (or even better Ensnare* if you have M1 up) but don't tell the WLs
