Yeah, Chaos chapter 3. Those are the hammers in my Mara's screenshot, they have Dwarfen hammer appearance. If you want the WP hammer, I suggest doing the Battering the Barony quest in Chaos chapter 4, it's easier than having to farm the influence.

Do you guys know if there's any way to get the shirt you started with in the beginning if you deleted it? You can't mail it from another character since its BoP so maybe I have to restart the character.

Be glad, your Choppa has a shield now... I just have a shield I can't equip =w=

I think it's safe to assume as the DB team finds errors on items, they'll fix them. Enjoy your weirdness while you can.
