that is not so hard , ability not relate to mastery point can just be change of level to be aquire first, let's say anyway, chosen had tooth of tzeench in t1 and that was great.
Take in account only cc it's a bit limitating but i agree that generally order classes shine first than destru's

I agree with the part about making leveling quicker. I think trying to balance low level pvp is a waste of resources, I can't thing of a single game that balanced around every single level bracket.

Taking your example of IB and BG. One of the issues I have with low tier balance is, yes the IB gets things earlier than BG, but in the end the BG Knockdown and Punt are better. So it's one of those things where, if you wait a little longer you get better abilities.




(Complete side note, no AoE snare in this tier, on Destro tanks does kind of suck. I wouldn't call the KotBS snare true aoe seeing it's only 3 enemies. IB KB/Snare at this level is really sexy tho, 10 second snare on a 10 second cooldown. It's in the tree that gives Ancestor's Fury as well, so it works well for a group oriented IB. It does take up a tactic slot tho. I think it depends on the type of pvp your doing. If you zerg busting, AoE Snare/KB is the way to go. If your doing SCs 50% outgoing heal debuff. )

rune etched axe aoe snare is just a mirror of blorcs big brawlin

to say bg kb is better questionable simply b/c shield of reprisal cds faster and 4-5 sec kd on bg requires 60-90 hate

kobs snare can be used 2 times in 8 seconds so you can keep snare 6 ppl if you want or even 9 with a 2 sec of 3 ppl not snare gap in between.
