Iam surpriced that no one ever proposed or thinked this:

"make More Hardcore tactic right in da jibbles a long st kb (instead of medium) mirror it somehow on SM ofc".

Its an already existand tactic that if remade as I say would add huge cc value on BO/SM. What they lack is a long st kb to punt the tank away of the guarded target, not a free immunity for all etc. Iam surpriced indeed seeing how complicated buffs ppl think for BO where such trivial things for a tank (long st kb) are not even there

This has already been discussed a couple times with Aza.

I didn't include it on the poll because i didn't want to go the Superpunt/Defensive pounce way. I was trying to look for other suggestions.

Most of the time you don't run it as you already have 3 tactics devoted to crit/healing output for your group. And the last one is usually situational, and may have been runefang.

It's like mythic sat down at a balance meeting and found out that knight had awful DPS and instead of fixing the class and shitty DPS/2H tree they just sloppily made a tactic that gives you ~750 stats when you parry.

A ST long punt is mandatory for competitive play for a tank consider it as the 2nd most important step after 9points kd imo.

I was the one that proposed this thing in another poll when ppl proposed insane buffs or mechanics not even in the game (friendly pounce, wounds grp buffs etc). And again I was surpriced how do u even try to balance-buff a tank class without a long st kb for competitive play is beyond me.

I think with that exponential speed the project is moving forward we should focus on something that will change the t4 balancing, surely the kd will help the current sm/bo position but open nothing in term of endgame viable builds. As for group utility, u guys are all proposing good stuff (like the aoe chosen stagger or the ST long punt), but the path of kaine tree will be even more useless with this changes incentivizing the s&b def builds. If ether dance wouldn't reset autoattack, a str 2h build would have some minor viability at least in pugs/solo situation (no1 want a 2h tank in premade and we all know why). Pls don't force me to change playstile or build, i'm following a mere feeling since i started playing here and it came from a elven 2h sword.

If we make the sm bo more balanced are we then going to get into wl mara balance?? Slippery slope to me.
