Great, so now just repeating what has been said by WL players themselves, is a "throwing around unproofen just wrong claims trying to derail all future discussion". So I take it, by how much you protect the broken class, that you have a WL yourself, and don't feel like playing an actually balanced class?

I will enter discussion only about Gork sez stop.
It is nice decent moral that is very good for pve (true healer adding tons of dps) and it is pretty solid for zerg surfing esp when heal spec. Since renown from healing is laughable you need to do some dps to gain something meaningful as renown and gss helps alot for that.
It is annoying when facing gss while trying to disengage fail push but nothing so game breaking.

Btw had 18k dmg kill from it but that is for sure l2p issue

I have a WL, yes, but also decent squig, Shaman l, rp or we, some more chars in both sides, not sure what you take from this information, I'm just not as frustrated from the game to blame other players or classes for my faults in playstyle

Just need to restore decent dodge and disrupt scores for everyone, instead of rendering all rdps with 100% hitrate, and nobody will complain about any rdps being top score everytime.

Addind to that taking killboard and deathblows as reference to say X class is OP and such, is a very poor baseline for argumentation.

Otherwise I can tell Grufrip is OP, nerf choppa, because he got almost top kills in monthly + weekly leaderboard ?
Or maybe it's because he is a guild leader with plenty of assist, and built AoE glasscannon choppa, running into mass of opponents to get many deathlblows and very few deaths ?

Dodge was never a factor outside of HTL. There is nothing to restore as such.

18k dmg means the moral doesnt do enough spike dmg to secure the kill and show it is easy to outheal. As i said it is good for zerg surfing when enemy side start running and you secure kill and juicy renown even heal spec. For everything else is situational and i dont even slot it for whatever group activity we done. At solo environment is potent but we dont balance based on solo gameplay so meh

Gork sez stop is good against players that don't know how it works. But it's also strong when it's paired with a punt, as this triggers the dot.

Not unless the target dies from said damage. It continues to tick for as long as it is on regardless of movement, it will always deal the 600 damage when stationary. Moving simply restarts the duration timer, it is not like Touch of Palsy where movement itself triggers the damage. It is less bad in a worst case scenario for it than people think.
