I sure won't encourage it, ppl will do it anyway. Besides, you don't wanna apply some ethical conduct or honorable behaviour to a video game, especially an MMO, do ya? There's no such thing as 'honour', not here, not in real war. One of the first things they taught us in training to get rid of that overly idealistic concept.

If both sides agree on it - fine. It'll just never happen.

I let this lowbie shaman live, runnin around solo in RVR lake. 2 min later he's back with his buddies, jumpin on my dead body, and I can't even blame him.

If the guards are now gone, then there's nothing left to discuss, imo.

i leveled completly by scs and never had problems being "crushed" by level20 premades... you lose now and then, but hey just go on, the next sc is waiting.

If one side has more premades as I experienced the other day you pug nonstop vs premades. Most SC had badly composed temas and we were numerically weaker and had lowbies

you dont need to make scenario lvl 12-19, you can be lvl 20 in 2 days with only afternoon playing
