i was hoping for something more interesting for the IB 13pt. i can't see organized players taking that over auras/ww and it's a pretty dull nothingburger for casual players

still great changes overall

I miss only no drop rage on detaunt (kill again 2h SL/Choppa spec)

About Rampage- for those that missed, with 10% inherent striketrough from the previous patch, that's still 30% striketrough on aoe. Chosen which usually won't have high ws will have 20% self buff+ 18% ren+ 6% from base ws= 44% base parry, Rampage still turns it into 14%, or pretty much no parry.

Or go snb and up snb tree for the 25% parry on block, however slayer will still have 5% inherent + 20% Rampage= 25% block striketrough, so its a good question how much that tactic will actually go off.

Also, 2h has an extra 10% inherent striketrough, so in case someone comes up with slayer 2h aoe spec, that will bring up total striketrough to 40% while Rampage is up, or basically no avoidances for chosen while Rampage is up.

The diference is Slayer had to get within 5ft of the target to apply ID and now choppa can stay 30ft away. See the diference?

mby the CD will compensate, but still 13 vs 9 mastery investment.

BG got a copy pasta of WW - not mirroring abilities policy went to hell.

And Choppa got ID but with bigger activation range, and no target requirement, and no need to get in 5ft range to apply, it's up to defenders now to get near Choppa to shatter it. So, its shatter vs clense on realm balance side
I missed this change, agree on no mirroring. Please don't make the game any closer to wow.

First off the t1 changes are fantastic, guard rez and charge at lvl 1? Perfecto!

Choppa change has me a little concerned but i suppose its on parity with slayer.

Losing Grumble n mutter is certainly a sad and painful thing for IB as its been a staple for a long time, especially for those 1v1 players....However......As a IB main i firmly believe that a tank should always behave as a tank and having a new ability which increases his utility and helping the team is certainly more what he should be doing.

i approve.

Rampage nerf, a long time coming so i get that, however i do question its usability now especially in comparison to numbing strike sitting nearby to it....
Maybe consider reducing the cooldown, to give it a Quantity over quality approach perhaps?

It may no longer be very strong but if i can have it active more often, that would be nice.

Also while im making crazy suggestions that everyone will throw rocks at - maybe give Grumble n mutter to WP in the Wrath tree. Have it replace Sigmars wrath [ he doesn't need huge deeps he's a healer ] and make it heal you + your group, the higher the RF the better.
Just a fun suggestion.

Slayer get 10% parry striketrough from strenght and 20% from rampage for a total of 30% parry strikethrough. Mara and WE don't focus on WS so they have low parry, while the avarage BiS Choppa will have roughly 700 WS that coupled with 2/3 point in Reflex and some parry from gear will get him exactly 30% parry.

Slayer can still bypass Mdps defences, unless they go M1. Which is fine, a 5pt skill should be stronger than a Morale. Morever, a 5pt skill shouldn't void an entire archtype.

Finally, this is not a complte nerf. Rampage don't drop rage anymore, which was one of the most annoying things. Also you don't have to waste a GCD anymore. Now, Slayer was not GCD squeezed, but it still an increase in damage.
