Is the Knight of the Blazing Sun's strength scaling for ability damage still broken as claimed in that guide?

I just want to say that this guide is amazing and has been incredibly helpful.

Are you going to make a similar guide for Destro side as well Uchoo ?
Mostly insterested in Shaman (dps/hybrid). Even though he has the same mechanic with AM i feel that there are lot of differences between them
so its not like BW/Sorc that they have almost identical skills.
