Thx for compensation but i did event and took dublon before rollback, i was not in game on that charackter when u did rollback and missed that claimed rewards is not my backpack anymore, now i dont have dublon and no event npc to claim reward. so from my point its just sad time

Side question: How to get a Book of Binding for the recovered characters? Library in Capital City? Not possible?
