Same problem. Now this is serious it's a mount after all.

When I opened the boxes, they didn't give me anything that they said they give as a gift... and box number 4 won't let me open it

Just curious - what happens if the box decays before we can open it? I'm staring at the 19 hours left on timer like it's a ticking time bomb... :'(

The box's decay timer will be extended by 24 hours.

Hi all,
I claimed all my 4 day twitch drop, but I can open only 2 of us, two of them disappeared when I open my mailbox.. I havn't had the mount.. I'm very sad

There is hope to take it in the other two days?

I took day 3 items yesterday out of my mailbox without problems, I claimed them the day before but didn't went to mailbox because of the bug. Today I claimed the day 4 items, working fine as well.
