Can't see your masteries but a brief remark on buying dodge/disrupt with renown - many casters have high disrupt strike through from gear and high intelligence so they ignore 15-20 disrupt easily. And there is only one class on Destro side who you need dodge against.

Also think of getting Improved Flee - very powerful

I'd like to share my experience too,to fight a WE,you usually open with sudden accusation+pistol whip+torment,and then BAL with 4 accusations, you will have 1 more second left,keep some distance from the WE so she can't self-punt, and flow accusation will give you 2 accusation,use it for burn heretic or absolution,if it gives 0 accusation,you can Sanctified Oil+burn armor,and then absolution,meantime Bal will remove most of her hp,she will be dead for sure if she's not def set
