Ok, it might be that your ISP is blocking torrents.

I did what the guide has instructed me to do, and now the launcher is downloading a buckalot of files.
Is it normal?

Hey,

if your Launcher is downloading more than 17k files....that's not normal....the latest patch files are only aorund 3k.

I saw the post of the Turkish players and since I am from Greece I changed the names of the two files (now I have 4 in the folder) and I have restarted the launcher. Now its verifying ART . Am I doing it correctly?

yeah the server cache was full, it should work now.
