2h BO, my regular rvr build with typical rotation (e.g. snares, knockdown etc)
Gear, full bloodlord, rr61 scenario wep, 800 STR, 350 WS with selfbuff, 12 % crit
renown, full parry, full d/d, 3 fs

Avaraged 392 dps over 5 tries. Kind of depressing given the snb SM numbers previously presented in the thread. 3 second burst felt better and ranged between 2,6k and 3k.

It works better with warlord to my understanding.

not really i've already crunched the numbers and 5 off sov 3 ranked is the best.
i also wasn't bothering with the mechanic because its unrealistic but if you resist debuff and have 5 heal stacks you get an amazing 1k dps and 7900 burst.
