I've seen some order players in destro wc in Nordland. Easy to get in when the server lags and guards disappear. Also I had Pyrovolimenos crash his client a moment ago in a sc.
I don't really care about such behavior. It's either a suicide mission or admitting defeat. But I love the drama.

On a more serious note, I know it's hard to keep players from doing these kinds of things in a f2p game, without any fear of losing much even if they get banned. Only way is to remove the tools that players use to abuse the system: BoB not working in combat, character lingers in game for a few seconds after the client crash, etc.

If the person accusing my brother has no evidence, e.g. video logs, screenshots, then no. It means we are, instead, relying on 'word of mouth' - a poor foundation to base anything on.

Not everyone has fraps or some sort of video recording, sadly i dont either. While i think its only fair to give some sort of evidence this is not the justice system and when someone has a rep for crashing client, using bob, spamming aoe thru and under walls in goe or any other action that is frowned upon it is usually justified.
We all know that the person in question here Gothmorg or however u spell it does what we are describing all the time, most if not all of us players have seen him doing it, personally i dont think we should have to provide video evidence when we all know what is being said is true.

You are defending him as he apparently cant speak for himself and didnt seem to lisen to you when u asked him to stop it so get use to ppl directing accusations towards you. Acknowledging he does it "sometimes" is an understatement and calling ppl scrubs and juveniles when they make claims about your bro is funny when them comments are better directed to your bro or yourself.

Taking action against anyone on the basis of hearsay, even if substantiated, is risky. What's the obvious angle of attack against such an action? "Just spread rumors and lies and you can get people banned."

Makes me a little uneasy.

I don't dispute that this case is, however, clear-cut.
