I got my new Engi to log in but then i logged him out to try another toon and now non will log in.

Well, the server shut down looked a little brutal to me, no announcement or anything like that, and the ~2h roll back look more like an autosave and not a save just before shut down. Maybe that shut down damaged accounts online and ones online close to shut down time, because seems some people can still log in.
Anyway, i hope you can manage to fix it soon. Maybe some kind of announcement on first page could help people to know about log in problems so we don't have 100 threads about same issue.

Make an offical channel (FB, Twitter, this websites first page) for announcing stuffs, and find a guy who has some free time to post things. Its now more then a half day without any info about the "Cant log in" issue. No offical statement about "only gold, or gold+item wipe". There are some guys with insider infos. I accept that but its kinda noobish, making top secret those things. I understand thats its a free project, and the devs has some other things to do, but its now just pointless.

No words about quests... No words about mailing... I think, they are intended limitations, and I dont care about that. But if the server wants to loose all players, its a very good way to kill this project.

I am wondering how people can manage every day in real life with such little patience and reading skills
