took this much due pve stuff be required for city siege. They have it now...

This could have been achived eaaily by put block as last set bonus and/or give general avoidance proc. Look at conqueror in fact i use it for my bg 2h with domi boots instaed.

Because the first sent bonuses were conq bonuses.
