I wont even go into the lakes if there isnt aao. Much faster in scs.

I cant remember when Order didnt had aao. Constant aao 120-200% with destro zergs - cant do anything.

We talked with guild/alliance on otehr day some of us are taking break from RoR since being farmed all day long [with some small skirmishes won - and then raped by zerg] aint fun at all and this game supossed to be fun not a reason of frustration. Maybe if more order took break and there was 0 resistance ppl will bring the faction balance again ;'p since pve on rvr lakes isnt much fun. |Live servers like Norn died cause of this...

SInce 90% new toys were given to destro no wonder ppl are sitting on destro side...

p.s. [non related to topic] Since "balance" were reason to give BG wods pls implement heal debuff for SM :P

Cool story. Care to log in now and see how much AAO Order has and how many destro zergs are out? The population changes back and forth. If the game frustrates you, then quit.

Having playing during the last event all days from the first hours of Friday until the night hours of Monday, 10 days total, characters on both sides, I have noted the following:

1) There were 2 occassions on which Order did not have AAO. One lasted 2 hours, second one lasted 4 hours. Rest of the time Order was under constant AAO.
2) Playing Order under AAO and killing many more people than playing Destro under normal conditions and not killing so many people as there was not enough Order to be farmed through the zerg brought me much less rewards. Not that my characters need it, but for levelling/gearing up player it can be demotivational to play Order.
3) Level of coordination in Destruction pug warbands is much higher than in Order pug warbands.
4) Order severe lack of tanks and melee line meant that in 90+ % cases Order lines are broken during first 15 seconds of engagement and then Order is just farmed.
5) PvD rules. As long as Order defended the keep with 10 people (5 AFK) against 100+ Destruction gave nice rewards in RR and influence. Order took just few keeps over 10 days, therefore Destruction based characters were levelling RR up much faster. Standard keep gave 40k per cap, lightly defended keep was usually giving 10-20k per cap for 15 minutes of AFKing near warband leader.

TL;DR: it was much more easy and pleasant to level RR up for Destruction characters playing in semi-afk mood, reading the book than struggling against all odds for Order and getting much less than Destruction warbands.

Most of RoR players go to play the side of most fun. Fun is winning, fun is looking cool, fun is being stronk.

Solution are faction-wide boosts for Order classes and/or faction-wide nerfs for Destruction classes. Otherwise we will continue to enjoy what is happening last 4 years with the short exception of King's Own time in T3.

I'll mostly agree with Oldplayer on the imbalance and lack of coordination in order wbs.

Faction wide buffs/debuffs will kill this game. The problem is that order keeps trying to play the same old strategy over and over again not reacting to changes. This applies to changes from patches but also changes in the way destro plays.

Why people are playing destro more as I see it: Destro is more open to new players and new strategies.

Changing realms/characters is not the problem. The problem is the person complaining expects to be able to join an open warband without communicating with anyone via text or voice and be able to hold the W key and press 4 buttons on their hot bar and experienced balanced gameplay (where they don't lose.)

If you want even numbers, queue scenarios.

If you want to capitalize on uneven numbers, join/create a guild premade/warband.

If you can't overcome these obstacles, come complain in the forums.

Are you serious? Order have one day where they're not being massively outnumbered, and you think that means it's all bull****?

Why does this argument and others like it keep coming up? Apparently a lot of destro also play order. Don't you think they'd also bring their genius strategies along with them if that was the issue?
