Well the .exmode certainly pushed you towards heal lifetap juggling. This mechanic still does the same just without the empowered heals. Theres still no incentive with the mechanic offspec. It still suffers from the same problems as live 'Why bother engaging with the mechanic?' Its just there in the background and might supe up a spell now and then that you were going to cast anyway but it doesnt need to be played to make you better unlike other mechanics.
Though it is better than live in that there is a mechanic that you can benefit from more than an instarez here and there.

Telen... "You get some strikethrough from gettin smarter". I am finding on Qwack that Getting Smarter still does not stack with Intel Potions. The PaperDoll shows an increase with Intel but actual damage does not increase. Its likely a bug with the paperdoll info and probably the Intel should not actually increase/stack with Intel potions. So I think the Strikethrough doesn't increase either on top of Intel potions. Difficult to confirm strikethrough with GS and Intel potions.

Can a Dev please confirm this situation? Thanks.
