Maybe i’m wrong, but if you don’t like the game unless you can play a class full geared-full exped, maybe mmo aren’t your thing.
If you want a game where you have not to exp your pg, try a shooter one.
If not, live with the fact that there are more exped, geared and skilled player out of there. There are also less exped etc.
