Short Answer:
Most viable 2H tank in group play (assuming mandatory kobs position is already taken) --> SM 1st / IB 2nd
Most viable 2H tank when casual/solo/scrub --> IB 1st / SM 2nd

have to talk. But surely you can pop onto comms and listen?
9 times out of 10 playing a 2h tank in a pug environment will be futile.

Yes, probably. But listening only is a bit crippling.

If by best tank you mean overall the best dps then the answer is Swordmaster. They do typically lack in some of the CC BG and IB brings but when it comes to balls to the wall dps it's SM.
