If you have a problem with someone in-game, either IGNORE them (that's what the button is for) or if possible, kill them.
Advertising them for headhunting makes you worse than those that are being advertised!
If you have to play the game that seriously, then may I suggest that you don't play at all if you cannot learn to get along?
