-Changed all SC quests to have a shared drop off point in the capital cities, Order have Kaige Mortem in Altdorf Market Place and Destro have Riccekac Warshard close to the entrance of the Viper's Pit.

It will be hard to communicate even in the same guild for the right position. Not to mention the fact that different guilds physically can not be coordinated. The idea of destroying AoE absolutely no sense and is good only for the gang groups. Hopefully soon AoE will return to its original state.
Try and have the tank guarding you to stand just behind you or just to the side of you while you spam lileaths arrow continuously, it shouldnt be to hard to communicate between yourselves, you will still be in guard range and will most likely gain a damage boost if you are capable of organising yourselves.

Its good, it means the likes of your zergballs can no longer be rewarded with bad positioning and mindless 1 button aoe spamming to win just because of numbers.
This is means that:
1. RvR become less, rr become less in RvR
2. You can not co-ordinated with each other. And u write here, what Destruction can not decide this. This is not the Order problem

Not speaking for our formation.... but only as a tinkerer specced engie:

Flame turret does close aoe, no control over targets.
Lightning rod is only on my position(radius 30 feet), no control over that.
Same goes for static discharge (30feet).
Blunderbuss and friction burn (40feet) into my front, no control either.
M4 fling explosives at enemies in 30 feet around me.

Leaving the tinkerer tree i could use short range aoe grenades...flashbang, acid and fragmentation...with mostly reduced range cause of flame turret.
Keg works in radius around my position.
Electromagnet pulls to me...where i need allies to help with the pulled enemies.
I need to be in the thick of it, together with tanks and mdps, to even take part in the fight.

So how should i play a tinkerer then?
Dont get me wrong, i will test it and try, and i understand what you want to achieve...
but at the moment i havent the slightest clue how my cc tree should work in the future. Running around as solo player?
Any input is welcomed.

Developers, you try to make a completely different game that does not balance. You just do not have enough resources to balance all of the classes.

Well im not saying its going to be perfect or even work for that matter im saying it looks positive, you should be looking at the positives for your zergballs, if you coordinate and position correctly you will gain a damage increase, if you coordinate and position badly you will be punished, in simple terms play well be rewarded, play bad be punished.

The AOE changes aren't about class balance, its about breaking up the mindless zerg - you know, the thing that make RvR boring and unfun. Lets keep it on topic and if you'd like to discuss balance, take it to the balance discussions.

The tank should be standing infront of you holding the line to provide 15% dodge/disrupt. Actually 3 tanks should be standing infront of you to provide a 45% dodge/disrupt over your friendlies. This AoE change is in conflict with this.
