ib just kicked in the teeth a little more with this. even BG has shatter enchantment. The changes are good, but I think ib definitely needs some help. Even as an off tank there is an argument that 2h kobs is better (and obviously sm is miles better).

because shatter enchantment is even more important now, and kobs has it not ib.

IBs are totally fine, and an IB discussion does not belong in this thread.

Good patch overall. Love the DoK and map changes, but think BW/Sorc didn't go far enough or at least won't have the wanted effect. Now Shatter Enchantment will gain a bit more importance, but cutting through to it will only be viable in small scale. Good luck seeing any change in big RvR brawls!

You're right its not the place.

Warrior Priest
- The internal cooldown of Prayer of Righteousness is now 1 second.

Disciple of Khaine
- The internal cooldown of Covenant of Celerity and Covenant of Vitality is now 1 second.

Only thing I'm gonna say this is a lot more nerf to destro than to order and should be looked at. 1) because DoKs have two procs versus one of WP and 2) because DoKs have the +15% proc chance increase which is made a lot less valuable.

Given that DPS DoK performs better overall (i.e. he is actually in use atm), I'm pretty sure nerfing the DoK was the intent. Changing it for WP also is probably for the changes ahead only.

Again, I'm pretty sure that Destro/proc meta overall, and not only the DoK was the intent. Two (or even three?) birds, one stone. Nothing against a seperate topic concerning issues, however.
