I just had to respond to this because its idiotically rude. He isnt asking for a free max level toon, he is just asking to be able to level his character at a reasonable rate without being in a full 6 man 24/7. Its not an unreasonable assumption, and lots of people play this way, why should they be screwed over.
Also, how is he supposed to level in rvr or do stalker quests without getting credit for dbs? If you didnt notice they need player kills, you arent going to get 20 kills of 4 classes solo on a lvl 24 in a week, or even a few weeks now.
careful sizer. There is wisdom in your words - but the vocal minority don't want to hear it.
Eh its not that bad, I havent been banned yet for disagreeing, and I do so in almost every thread. I have faith in them to fix these problems eventually, and as long as there are enough ppl playing when t4 gets here i'll be happy.

I never said needing a max level toon, the toprvel for stalker is what, 28 I think. Its been a while. You do not need a 6 man 24/7. If you participate in scenarios with you group work with them to get kills no problem. The fix to the warband code encourages people to work together. You can also join a open warband, actively participate in the orvr and guess what sizer. You will actually get kill credit!!!!!
This change to warband and group code does not mean you won't get kill credit unless you get the db as long as your in the group.

On orvr i understand the point of this, a lot of people may be afking in warbands and still rolling for loot while doing so screws people up.
But in scs and so on, we are suppose to all be playing, if not we are going to lose hard, now we have to "compete" with our own team for the kills just to get anything besides the emblems from the sc, it doesnt promote teamwork, it promotes screwing each other.
I dont know what this change was supposed to fix and i think its more detrimental to the scs than leaving it as it was.
Just my 2 cents.
After playing last night with my group I can attest that you still get kill count towards your quests are long as your group are getting the death blows. This promotes group play, encourages assisting and being swear of where your other members in your scenario group are. How does this promote "screwing each other over" and not promoting team work?

I would hope that the "vocal minority" Mursie was referring to was not us.
You will never be banned for disagreeing with us or a change we've made. Feel free to so loudly, and publicly. If you can supply a well-reasoned and thorough backing for any disagreement you have, you might well change enough minds to have an impact on our process. We welcome that kind of dialogue with the community.
What typically earns people bans in the course of disagreeing with us, is when they feel the need to
publicly add personal insults or gross mischaracterizations to those disagreements.

It most certainly was not.

Ok i laughed, a guy in a premade telling us that this promotes teamwork.
Of course it promotes teamwork for your own ass, it promotes getting every kill so every other group doesnt get jackshhit and you do.
That is why it promotes screwing each other, if the difference between getting a KB or not is letting someone in the other group die, you will, if to get the kill you rather wait and kilsteal rather than doing normal damage, you will.
Its so funny that you somehow tell us that this promotes teamwork when as a guy in a premade this change benefits you a lot and mostly **** up anyone who is running solo.
But as Genisaurus said, its going to be fixed so, whatever.

Ray - the change is a rich get richer scenario. Those with the most means to secure kills (organized, geared, fully-leveled, coordinated premades) will reap all rewards within a scenario while the low level newbies receive nothing. Even whilst participating in the same scenario victory.
That was the issue. You are correct, while in your seasoned and fully organized competitive group, you will see no issue with the change (unless of course zarbix is out of group nuking all your kills like a last hit dota pro)

You channel more the Asuryan aspect of Malekith more than the Khaine side.
