Just so I know, what does the game consider 'bunny hopping'? I have never done it (consciously), but I do like to jump around a lot. I hope this won't have an impact on us rabbitfolk :/

Can anyone show me what bunny hopping is? I fought a DoK once that was jumping away from me and somehown he got out of melee range - is that it? Saw a thread the other day - but there were no vids, vods, not even screenshots or anything :(

Also the game after see that you are stuck will auto try and un-stuck you

no need to hop like crazy

Everything is awesome, but bunny-hopping "fix" is just terrible. Sorry, but it's true. 100% agree with Bretin.

Yes, but you could also got out of melee range, when jumping behind a rock.

Now movement is no longer required in RoR.... :roll:

It does seem to slow you down even if you're just jumping normally (a lot of players from WoW are into this jumping gamestyle subconsciously). Meh :/

the fact of the matter is these people were abusing and exploiting latency which NA players have unfairly had to deal with forever

and this is something which is better than nothing and a hold over soltion till something else can be done

now unless you have a better solution on how to address this, than comming in here and complianing about how ror is such a scrub friendly low skill game now wont be of much help to anyone

As it is an exploit it is supposed to be fixed, jumping in general isnt an exlpoit though and it is heavily affected by this "fix".

Also this "fix" was enforced on us which is not the way I am used to since we talk about every other crappy change for at least 20 pages.

Besides I am very interested in the calculation that led to a 20% snare, the correlations that are involved here, references used etc..
