Chop Fasta reduces CD's to group and SL increases CD of enemy. It basically just negates each other. Maybe even make the CD 30s - 35s so that it's not OP?
I'm not sure, you can play with timers. I'm just throwing suggestions out. Also, could probably remove SL from the squig herder tree so you can't start stacking a bunch of SL's from different classes.

The difference is, BW doesn't get Swell of Gloom to make Sear hit like a truck. This wouldn't be an issue in T2, but come T3 it would become a problem.

no that's even worst, cos 2bw can benefith from that while only 1 sorc benefith from choppa fasta,
but the point is that 2x chosen would benefith from it and that would became chosen aoe + sorc/choppa st to bring down soft targets. 2x chosen spamming undefitable spiritual damage + sorc + choppa are something to not missunderstood.
Try use a wb with this set up you have the ultimate frontal aoe killing machine.
Also cd increase do not have any immunity but they are more cc that what they are suppose to be, it would be better increase to cd to all of these skills to make them less spammy and more tactical.

melee herder bad that i rarely see them get bad gas, you get more value out of the other two trees
further more if you go chop fasta

Don't get me wrong, I'm not shitting on your idea or anything. It's an interesting one, I'd be interested to see the effect making it a 20second cooldown and a counter to SL would be.
I'm just theory-crafting, possible effects it would have on gameplay.

you don't need self heal in a propper group unless you are so much crazy to never drop rage which is in my opinion a bad idea.

Malice used to run Bad Gas on their squigs. Like I said, if you reduce CD of Chop Fasta, you need to remove it from SH so that it balances out. Gotta give squigs something SW has to balance it out while also nerfing something slightly to keep the balance. SH's can chime in.
Also, I find the reason people mostly play DoK's and WP's is because WP/DoK is able to spam AoE heals. SO I'd suggest maybe lowering cast times on the RP/Zealot heals to make them more viable.

ingoring 100% armor on the stabbing skill to mirror fest arrow xD?
it's a question to what bring to the group, squig that use that skill wont benfith the same way like sm does or a choppa or a slayer that do the cd increaser
