[Support] I cannot log in with my character

Cannot access one of my characters. No issue on other characters- just on single one after did barber changes.
Name: Srebrnobrody
Guild: Altdorf War College (not sure if exactly this name)

After "Loading interface" Screen i get normal loading window (with the art background) and afterwards 3 possible things happening:
1) goes back to characters choice screen but no option to change character to others and then after i hit "Play" again i get blue background with remainign buttons I had saying "Locating battles... Searching for allies..." = and thats it, nothing else happens
2) crashes the game
3) gets stuck on "art" loading screen

Still unable to log in with the character. Any other way I should report this? https://github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/20029 was closed without solution

You were asked to simply write your name here and await to be summoned. There is no other way to fix this at the moment as it's purely random.
Now that you've been summoned, it should allow you to login again. If it doesn't, write back your character and guild names.

The maximum number of guild members is 400. Anything above that will make some characters stuck, communicate with your guild leader and ask them to lower the number of members.

The character AXERON guild Baltic also can't come in since this morning.it's a shame that the level 35 orc was blocked first.now 40 favorites the game itself does not want me to play

Have repaired client, deleted chache, disabled all addons. Tried /stuck while in loading screen.

Cannot login with this character. After some failed attemps the game just closes, and after some brings me to main menu without options to login again. Spamming stuck doesn't help.

First of all, I would like to thank the development and management team.

A problem occurred when the magic stone disappeared during the process of setting the magic stone on the wand being used in front of the auction house in the City of Destiny, around 2:30 AM on April 19, 2022 in Korea.
The magic stone disappeared, so I closed the connection to try running the program again, but after that I can't connect.

This is the history of in-game actions prior to the error.
Bought a Magic Stone from the Dark City Auction House by flying.
I just found the item in the mailbox.
I moved my character's wand to the inventory.
Shift + Right-click to open the Enchantment window.
The staff had two enchantment slots.
The first of those slots was used the day before.
When I put the magic stone in the second empty slot, the screen paused for about 1 second, and the magic stone did not come off the tip of the mouse.
The magic stone type is Willpower +22.

It is expected that it is an error in the process of handling an exception where two magic stones of the same type cannot be used simultaneously for one item.

Personally, I only had one character, but it's frustrating because I can't access it.
I hope it works out well.
