Probably whatever SLA they have with the cloud services provider. After they sit on hold for an hour waiting to talk to someone ><

20 years and wondering why every damn day.
Then again the missus is a 999 call handler and I thank the gods I don't have to deal with the crap she gets so it's all relative.

I am getting this error when trying to log in
Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Aucune connexion n’a pu être établie car l’ordinateur cible l’a expressément refusée 46.105.54.77:8000
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(String host, Int32 port)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()
anyone can help? i was logged on and playing, then the whole game crashed. i could not reconect.
