my antivirus is disable but the game still does not launch.

Use teamviewer :P i bet after 10 seconds you find the problem :P and i bet there is an error log in the folder ...

when i try to launch the game it says that (the program cant start because d3dx9_34.ll is missing from your computer) what do i do ?

Re-install Directx for your computer. A .dll file is missing.

nu sint sigur daca esi din romania ieu da dar stau in austrelia nu pot sa intru on game chnd incerk sa intru on game imspune d3dx 9 -34 dll ce inseamna terog

I'm not sure if esi from romania EUI yes but stay in austrelia can not get on game chnd incerk to go on game imspune D3DX 9 -34 dll means terog
What? Why are you speaking in Romanian if you're still having problems?

Your problem is not launcher related. Re-install the DirectX package and it will work.
