i was able to log in just a sec ago. it might be back online server hic-up

the praag lock locked up the entire server and it had to be restarted.

So apparently the profiling tool locks up the server for a couple minutes when it takes a snapshot

Give it a couple minutes. The server didn't actually go offline, just hung until that finishes.
