Got this error:

Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Åtkomst till sökvägen E:\BandS\NES\WAR\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe nekas.
vid System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
vid System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy, Boolean useLongPath, Boolean checkHost)
vid System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy)
vid System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode)
vid RoRLauncher.Client.patchExe()
vid RoRLauncher.Client.Handle(PacketIn packet)

The launcher is in the War folder. I downloaded the torrent in one huge part. The dowbload was 10.4 gb

Still happens after you perform a system restart? Make sure no other application is running when you load the launcher. I.E. Torrent application.

Is your launcher in the same folder like the WAR.exe and not in a special folder?

Run launcher as Administrator, make sure the FOLDER (not the launcher!!!) isn't set to "read only".

This can be done by right clicking the game folder > properties > uncheck "Read Only" > OK.
