i wouldn't mind it, i mean i guess i can see how you'd need to make it so it only worked if you weren't flagged for RVR so people wouldn't squat on characters forever, but i'd like the ability to turn of XP so i could harvest materials for talismans and stuff without accidentally bumping myself out of the current tier.

again.

On my opinion T1 to T2 lvling is too quick. The best descision for me will be debolster. But because it costs too many workhours i do not mind to see xp lock on lvl 8 or even 7 and maybe 16 and 24 in T2/T3. Another idea is to lock PvE XP because of gathering profs, rvr lairs and maybe smthing else.
Maybe lock rested and AAO xp also.

good god people, calm down lol. I had to stop reading after a while. the assumptions and accusations are wild.

Yes my Question or Statement was still a Suggestion implied ^_^

I didn't mind that suggestion of /xp or /rp off limited to a specified level like 9 or 10 rather than the max of the tier but don't think its practical coding wise?

Personally I do like Twinks.. it helped me enjoy DaoC far longer than I should have, enjoyed the HELL out of the 3 server Cluster, 2 full accounts worth of Twinks for each lvl grouping.

I also liked hanging out in lower tier for helping new players and guild-mates in Any Tier without worry (so fulfilling)

For me its not exactly how you guys are viewing it, but I do not disagree with the fact that it could hurt the new players.. Though this game is far from fair in almost any situation

Im sorry for not working my Suggestion in the proper format
