Game fails to complete update as of Jan 16th

another evening in paradise. nothing changed for me. it might got even worse. today the login client isnt trying to connect or retrieving any errors.

thing is: it seems to be a prime time issue. i could login yesterday night after 12, and today in the morning. no issue in sight (german timezone)

but obviously people are complaining for a week now and nothing happened. not even a statement or some help to fix it on our own...

same here Russia region, im stack on characters screen and no any response after press start

We have now found the following solution. I sent the affected player my installed game and lo and behold, it works.
