Remove the 25% ar pen and we got balance
Order stacking WLs in buckets nowdays.
I can't imagine why.

Lol even 50% armor pen from Sneaky bouncing is a ror thing, in live sh had no 50% armor pen and instead sneaky stabbin that gives 15% more dmg if under 45 ft.

Mara spin/Wl Spin Both have like 2.5x higher dmg on them in RoR than vs Live + Wl also gets 25% armour pene on it. But if you just make it 180 frontals with half the dmg but hits every 05s instead of 1s. and remove 25% Armour pene tactic and ae cap to 9 and Nobody will complain about Wl anymore. Wl used to be so much better class btw.
RoR has blocked this build which was one of the ways to make killing the pet probably not worth it. RoR.builders - White Lion
Check first 60s and you can see wl dropping from bridge and pouncing on enemy before landing so avoids all fall dmg+pet teleports to the spot it would drop but doesnt activate until Wl use Pounce. Also you can see Wl pouncing back from bridge after Kb in first 60s as well.

I really beleave that making WL even better AOEr than slayer was bad idea in general. For example While i was playing with my Sw Mokong killed me a few times today, and it was in 3v1, and Oooruk, Ecz also got solo killed me, but I didn't cry about careers, in fact I had a lot of fun because they're good players or maybe im bad player. (I don't know if giving player names is forbidden within forum rules, I'm too tired to read them again, I gave names to be appreciated, if it is forbidden, please let me know i can delete)

I don´t think it needs anything that drastic. First thing I would do is "spin to win Wirling axe" to be cone infront of player (I beleave its 180°) just like mara´s Wrecking ball. Now its 360°.
Hack and slash tactic. Either leave it as it is so it adds 25% aditive armor penetration, 15less AP for slashing blade, but add some trade off (-20% damage reduction for both slashing blade and WW axe for example)
