Maras on live had a lot of bugs that made them strong like tainted claw leeching from all sources of healing not just incoming and abilites that shouldn't be benifitng from piercing bite benifitng from it.
If these bugs were fixed and then some if the planned changes that az discussed like changing how stats from wl to pet worked and better ai then the 2 classes could be on even footing cause wl is a strong class with the high burst, double gap closers in charge and pounce and easy to perma snare kite with.
Granted I've never touched wl so I'm drawing on observations

Not really as you have to see the whole picture. Furthermore...Blorcs are the worst tank on destro and no one runs them in 6 mans as chosen + bg are better and bring more to the table

i like my choppa , he is green and can buff up team . have cool armor . slayer wear cloth and mythic whant to tell me its medium armor ha. and rampage + shater limbs is not available at the moment .
btw why order warptiest dont complain about doks? dok have snare covenant also later have healdebuff tactic curse of khaine. warpriest dont have it
mara needs nerf, wl pet is stupid and slow. kobs have +20% crit. those dps am is soo unkillable.

Guess WPs try to stay out of the discussion as WPs enjoy better heal gear, a +20% heals tactic* and up to +25% extra healcrits from Leading Shots and Dirty Tricks.
* That stacks perfectly with +15% incoming heal buff form KOTBs that destroy don't have

Well I'd say the cleanseable ID should be all that's needed.
I love the class system please don't mirror things.
I always found my choppa had amazing single target dps, if I had any one criticism of the class group utility not withstanding its that bleed um out has no upfront damage for applying it a flaw that really gimps its usefulness on subsequent applications also a small cool down on it would of actually been nice ^^

Best way to ruin the game for lots of people and make it extremly boring.
Back to discussion, if you want nerf slayer and mara, you' have to nerf wp/dok aswell, or even better weaken armor stacking which is pretty op.
Someone said fix marauder bugs and he and wl would be even. Allow me to strongly disagree, wl is completly trash compared to mara, fixing some bugs won't change much, you'd have to buff wl a lot to make them even.
Edit: Before you make large balance changes, you should first fix slayer and mara bugs, then take a look at how strong they still are.
And please for gods sake, stop trying to balance classes while comparing them to their counterpart, you have to look at the bigger picture.

Also to look at why slayers had the highest damage output, it had alot to do with procs on aoe damage, you have flames of ruins, reckless gamble, prayer of righteousness and at times deadly determination. Aoe spam fights are boring and dont require skilled play.
I have mentioned this before, to tone down how effective running an aoe ball is and how effective slayer aoe is...dont allow damage procs, flames of ruin, reckelss gamble, prayer of righteousness, deadly determination and any other proc i may have forgotten to proc from aoe damage, let it proc only for st damage. Same goes for destro.

The Hdebuffs were added as a matter of necessity to break the healer meta
No choppa player here in this thread asked for buff to choppa in t2, only that the wild gambit mirror tactic be given to choppas at 15 instead of 33
We is my most beloved class, but they got nothing with lvl 22 patch while all others class mentioned get a lot!
