When you know for sure that something is NOT working as intended, but still keep using it - how can it be called, other than "abuse or exploit" ?

I hope the solution dev's chose won't be disabling RoB being able to target out of party members. This isn't the problem - it's been working like that since ages. Recently AM's similar skill got the ability to be cast outside of group and it's pretty cool.
My two cents on how to approach the problem - first of all RoB and similar abilites shouldn't be castable on invisible targets. That is clearly "abusing" which is creating this unhealthy enviroment. Also going invis while under the effect of such skills should dispel them.
Second i don't think going as far as reducing the dmg by half if there is any other RoB present, or any other form of gutting the skill completly is a good approach. I mean yea sure, nerf this, nerf that, leave nothing else to play with but WL. I'm sure this will be very healty for the game. If this continious to be the problem the nerf on DMG should be more thoughtful, to impact it mostly on the large RvR scale, while leaving other scenarios mostly unaffected. I'm sure that even the players in their suggestions will come up with some ideas which when implemented would affect RoB mostly in areas where it is overperforming. But calling for straight removal of skills or nerfing them to the ground so that there are no longer usable is a silly approach

Area restriction like with rof/phosphor/napalm makes the most sense. This keeps other rdps from spamming their aoe at concentrated areas.

The game is too defensive and low impact now. Something needed to be added to create dynamism and aggression. I would rather morales were buffed but if this is it then this is it xd

dont get why all rp dont do it? byt just 10 runies?
100rp put on stealth wh batle rune and wh just run into blob,
y slayers as class slayer are loosing not even their dps byt also name. u are not slayer if u cant slay noone.
even choppas are x2 more than slayers .

It's not just one instance...just one I was firsthand involved in. No RvR for me and a lot of people until this is fixed. Why should we?
Please explain the bug with RoB, then explain how we exploited it. The devs couldnt figure it out yet you could?
i understend corectly? your guild is exploiting/works as intend abilities/bugs. to trigger gms/devs teams to finde out how u done it? isnt its a bit offensive towards gms/dev team???

problem is that the not all destro guild leaders think like that.
for example gruff stopped play when choppa get nerf, its left impact on destro for some time. so choppa get back his dps - gruff was back

This feels like Déjà-vu, wasn't this an "issue" like 1-2 years ago or something? And the "discussion" was the same back then as well lmfao, with the same smug arguments from the same people happily taking advantage of Rune of Battle + KOTBS / stealthed WH.
Who cares about the greater picture that is the server population, when you can absolutely destroy people that can't deal with it,with your already well experienced warband full of people that have been playing this game for ages (and that most definetly don't need antics like that to do VERY well in RvR)
Shoutouts to RoR and the people still playing it, for always providing entertainment one way or another o7
