According to the March 11th 2024 patch, all procs are no longer affected by (non-gear) DMG% increase modifiers.

Also I'm pretty sure procs could never crit.

Meaning that Rune of Power, due to being a proc and similarly to Zealot's Mark of Daemonic Fury, should not be able to crit or get DMG% increase from non-gear sources. The old versions of the Rune/Mark weren't procs.

Plenty of DoT procs were capable of critting for years here (and afaik on live), think most/all have now been standardized not to.

What is the real purpose of random spawns. Cos i am against barriers but at least there is some useless explanation for them but random spawns, whats for?
Garden of morr is worse scen when you try to hold pugs to doesnt quit. There is no scen with such non exciting comeback mechanic

They still could camp 1, but you could not defend cos half of the party is at the other side. So camping is even easier cos the weaker side is all around narnia and could hardly connect

That's a nice idea in theory, but in practice, the winning team just blobs around the map wiping the small, isolated groups that come out of spawn. It also means that actually trying to complete the objectives is the worst idea possible because it either splits your team up or allows the other team to potentially regroup and challenge you again.

In the lotd themed scenario there is a teleport mirror in the spawn to get to another exit. I would say this is missing here.

2 replies here

1) ch22 was ram weekly or more before the rework (best way to farm 24s) so getting the runs will be no problem. And gold bags will be passed on by then, making gear easier

2) there is a command to put in to force dye cloaks (yes it works on sov)

well the RP/Zeal buff, WAS clasified as ability not proc. thats why i wonder why the change?
Procs like Dok/WP auras, or weapon/armor effects are usualy passive, meaning you dont need to applay them manually.
