I agree with SW needing a nerf. AM though while amazing solo they lag behind group play while they used to be the definitive st healer. Since wp lifetap was turned into a st heal with very good coefficient they can do that and put out more gheals. Dps wise AM doesnt really keep up with pure dps for damage or burst due to needing to spread its lifetap dot to 2 targets. What they can do is provide healing while doing dps. Ive yet to see more than a handful of players play it that way though as it takes much more awareness.

Ya AM is balanced for group play, but if I'm ever out in the lakes by myself and I hear transfer force cast on me i just yell **** and know that my death is inevitable.
That's why they will get a lot of hate.

From what i remember it was not ID itself that was the problem but the buffs it procs, reckless gamble, flames of ruin, prayer of righteousness and deadly determination. Mayb it would be a good idea if AOE didnt proc damage buffs.

NOTE: I am grateful and I never complained. The devs are my heroes for bringing this game back and no matter how many changes they make I will play on. But I am not a happy camper.
Not a big fan of changes from the original game. Things were just fine. The only one's complaining were the people too lazy to adapt or learn how to play and they do not deserve to be listened to. Yet all the devs do (here and in the original) is listen to the cryers.
No not saying this to troll, no not saying this to be negative. This is how I felt then and feel now as well.
Take the group heal; Why did it get changed from a Heal over Time to a single dot? Because lame players pugging complained.
Moving blue and purple items to RvR only: Because lame players that need a zerg around them to do anything cause they suck with small groups, complained there were not enough people in RvR. Guess what... people are STILL farming to get the gold to pay the high AH fees.
Instead of setting a limit on AH on how high a price can be set, nooooo you guys move the purp and blue gear to rvr.....
Just please stop listening to cry babies like Penri (sp)...
Just please leave the game as it was....
Just please do not try to "make" it better.... you are not!

AOE through walls is annoying, but I never seen it as a problem at this stage of the game. If anything, destro gets aoe'd a lot more through the walls than order simply because eng's have access to their m2 and slayers are a lot more popular than choppas. If group heals didn't exist, then it would probably be a huge problem but wp's am's and dok's are pretty popular and there's usually always more than 2 healers in scenarios.

I don't understand why anyone wanted the flag taken down. It only moved the fights from the first outside flag to the second inside flag. It was fine before.
If people choose to camp one flag over another and lose that's their own stupidity. We all know its about taking all the flags. The current state of Reikland has only made it easier for Engineers and Squig Herders ( Mainly Engineers ) use the turret and squig and wall shooting bug.
Please, put the flag back to its original place. Having four flags doesn't make it any less fun.

That and you're dead wrong about the blue and purple gear as well. I changed that to get people out of crappy PvE farming and into RvR and SCs, which are what this game is about. I think you just want to pick fights.

My two cents
With the Landing flag:
- Easier to spawncamp because of shorter distance and ability to block all exits
- Scenario turns into an even worse version of Gates of Ekrund because people just go in a beeline straight to the spawn
- No strategy because it's a straight U with no flanking opportunity, and nobody cares to run to the further flags when everyone's fighting close up
Guess one of the real problems is that people don't actually want to play the scenario - but I bet even if there were no rewards for just making kills, everyone would still camp.
If you all just want to play TDM, let me know and I'll remove RF and just put in other scenarios in TDM configuration.

Seriously, all i see is a lot of assertions without any explanation/evidence.
Assertion:
The LotD souls/soulweapons destroyed the game balance. They are a major design flaw. The game would be better balanced, if they wouldn't exist at all.
Explanation:
The weapons buff the wielder with stat values he could never reach through common gear/renown points. This leads to a very low time to kill, very high healing values and/or high defenses.
Evidence:
e.g. critchance: +14% increased critchance costs 45 renown points, scenario weapons have a crichance of 2% (1h, RR75)

Anything more powerful than original endgame rr80 stuff was terrible for the game. New gear, new renown specs, lotd weapons, pockets and jewels. The game wasnt balanced well but at least they sort of tried to balance it to original t4.
They just went **** it we'll throw loads of new gear and abilties in and let the players balance themselves by rerolling so even more rolled wp/dok/slayer/mara/kotbs
