Regarding Bg/IB It is easy just create chains of skills (sorted by CDs) and dropp the fluff ones. Secondly buy a macro mouse.

Do not use addon MORALE CIRCLE - it cause the CD bug too!

There is an addon called CastSequencer - this is a simple cast sequencer (No Conditionals)
But have tried it and it triggers the 3 sec CD too
Looks like we will have to use the keyboard/mouse macro options from now on
sad
was hoping a simply sequencer would still work

I've reloaded my UI,
I've reset my UI,
I've used another UI from another character, and none of them cleared the 3sec bug.
Disabling MoraleCircle fixed it!
