Afaik in WAR every char has a base chance to get "healcritted" of 10%.
Afaik every healer has a base chance of 5% healcrit. There is no chance of 'incoming' crit heals.

I thought it works like chance to be crit (like initiative). Rly not sure though.

I'm pretty sure Noise is correct. Chance to crit heal is on healer side, not the recipient.

Yes, a heal is just like a DPS spell, Crit on the spell is based on crit % of the caster.

When speaking of incoming heal and outgoing heal think of it as this:

Caster, Stats to buff and debuff taken into account (Outgoing) -> Reciver, Debuffs (- healing) and Buffs (+ healing recived, Dark elf Racial as an example) taken into account (Incoming)

Yup like this

(base 5% and only outgoing on caster)
A reasonable RvR system that could make the majority happy http://imgur.com/HL6cgl7

No i mean there seems to be a huge crit chance, i almost crit 1/5-6 heals when use aoe heals, it's something i used to with a 15-20% on officials.

That is mostly due to having healed 12 people at once. an overheal crits also count for proccs

Are you sure nothing else is messed up with the armor? Is there like a cap as to how much I can penetrate? I was testing on a clothie, and going up in WS still seemed to lessen the mitigation from 107 to 101, but my damage was still at 306 with Plink in both cases.

On a level 3 KoTBS you have 2 abilities - Sunder, hits for 49 and Precision Strike, hits for 55 and also ignores 25% of target armor.
On a level 3 mob, Sunder hits for 42, meanwhile Precision Strike for 33 - why?
