Both Greandier and Tinkerer basically use the same stats.
Balistik Skill and Wounds all the way.

Maybe some Weapon Skill for the Tinkerer as Blunderbuss and Mines are normal damage.

But damage dealing wise there is nothing more AOE damaging than a grenadier.
Increased range of the grenades, and increased area of Acid and Fragmentation Grenade are a real blast.
And the good old corporeal Firebomb is the best per second single Damage the Grenadier has.
Sounds awesome, I'll try both out then.

Though do you use Landmine for damage as a tinkerer? Doesn't that kind of loose the whole utility of it?

I was looking at the tree and honestly I feel like it'd work better if Flak Jacket swapped place with Land-mine so it gets better the more you invest in the tree. When I'm playing as a Tinkerer extra survivability would work better for me than more damage on a stagger.

If you are planning to be healer (with keg) so 11th tactic of the 3rd tree is a must.
